1. Hugh Jackman - Skin Cancer
In 2013, Hugh Jackman discovered that he had a Basal Cell Carcinoma on his nose, and since then he’s had several surgeries for other skin cancers. Jackman now gets checked every three months.

2. Erin Andrews - Cervical Cancer
Fox Sports’ sideline reporter Erin Andrews revealed that she had surgery for cervical cancer in October 2016, but was back reporting on the NFL sidelines five days later.

3. Mark Ruffalo - Brain Tumor
In 2001, Mark Ruffalo went to see a doctor after a vivid dreamt that he had a brain tumor. It turned out that he was right, but he didn’t tell anyone about it until one week after his son’s birth. Ruffalo subsequently had a successful surgery to remove the tumor, but unfortunately became deaf in his left ear.

4. Shannen Doherty - Breast Cancer
After a two-year battle with breast cancer, the Beverly Hills star Shannen Doherty announced on Instagram in April 2017 that she was in remission.

5. Ben Stiller - Prostate Cancer
Zoolander star Ben Stiller revealed that he was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2014 without showing any symptoms. The tumor was surgically removed three months later, and a test that September declared him cancer-free.

6. Maria Menounos - Brain Tumor
The E! News co-anchor Maria Menounos was diagnosed with a brain tumor in February 2016 after she suffered from headaches and slurred speech. Menounos’ surgeon was able to remove nearly 100% of the tumor, which was benign.

7. Robert De Niro - Prostate Cancer
After being diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2003, he underwent a successful surgery that removed part of his prostate gland.

8. Michael C. Hall - Hodgkin's Lymphoma 
In early 2010, Dexter star Michael revealed that he was undergoing treatment for Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Later that same year he returned to work on Dexter and has been cancer-free ever since.

9. Andy Cohen - Melanoma
In Nov. 2016, Live With Kelly special co-host Andy Cohen thanked his pal for urging him to see a doctor after spotting a black mark on his lip. Cohen has since said that now “it’s all fine” after the removal of the affected area.

10. Lance Armstrong - Testicular Cancer
Armstrong was diagnosed with testicular cancer in October 1996, and learned that it had already spread to his brain, lungs, and abdomen. He began chemotherapy immediately, and in February of 1997, he was declared cancer-free.

11. Marissa Jaret Winokur - Cervical Cancer
Marissa Jaret Winokur was diagnosed with cervical cancer when she was in the Broadway musical ‘Hairspray.’ In 2008, she beat cancer and had a baby son via a surrogate.

12. Val Kilmer - Oral Cancer
Top Gun star Val Kilmer first denied it in 2016 when his former costar Michael Douglas said he was suffering from throat cancer. But then Kilmer admitted in April during a Reddit AMA session that he “did have a healing of cancer.”

13. Michael Douglas - Tongue Cancer
Michael Douglas first announced he was diagnosed with throat cancer while in fact it was tongue cancer. He later explained the falsehood was used as a cover over concerns that those in the film industry might determine that tongue cancer treatment would affect his physical appearance.

14. Mr. T - T-cell Lymphoma
Mr. T was diagnosed in 1995 with a rare type of T-cell lymphoma when he felt a bump at removing a diamond earring. Cancer has reappeared several times for Mr. T, but each time he kept on fighting, and now he’s cancer free.

15. Fran Drescher - Uterine Cancer
After being misdiagnosed for two years, Fran Drescher was diagnosed with Stage 1 uterine cancer in June 2000, which she  then beat it in a radical hysterectomy procedure.
